D Type Hydrapulper

D type hydrapulper is used to break all kinds of pulp board, waste paper, and broken paper. The D type hydrapulper work with fiber separator, trommel screen, ragger and grapper to combine to continuous broken discharge system.

Working Principle of D Type Hydrapulper

The design of the D-type hydrapulper optimal immersion of the pulp by changing the position of the vortex center, thereby allowing the rotor to come into contact with the pulp faster and more frequently. Traditional pulpers generate an indestructible annular flow, causing the pulp to move along a spiral path from the entry point towards the center of the vortex, gradually immersing and being broken down by the rotor. The structure of the D-type pulper breaks this flow pattern, allowing the pulp to reach the vortex center faster and come into contact with the rotor. In this way, with the same power consumption and space, the pulping time is reduced and the yield is increased.

Structure of D Type Hydrapulper

1. Tank:The tank is a container used for crushing pulp, which includes a pumping chamber with a board above it. Good pulp enters the pumping chamber through the orifice plate and is transported to the next equipment in the system.

2. Screen rotor: The rotor is a component that distributes power to the pulping operation. It is connected to the drive shaft by a key and fixed by a pressure plate and bolts.

3. Drive: The rotor is driven by a right angle gearbox or V-belt, which is usually directly connected to the motor or can be connected to the intermediate shaft of the belt drive. The belt drive is supported by a right angle bracket fixed under the pulper; The gearbox transmission is installed on its own foundation and is not connected to the D-type pulper.

4. Tank support:The required height of the tank is ensured by the tank bracket, which is commonly made of steel or concrete pedestal.

Ragger

The D-type pulper is used to process mixed waste paper, and the rope cutter is used to remove packaging lines, wet plastic sheets, floating debris, and other debris mixed in the rope due to the action of the pulper. The winch is installed at the edge of the tank of the type pulper.

Rope Cutter

This hydraulic cutter is used to cut the twisted rope into small sections for processing.

Grapple

The waste well is installed on one side of the D-type pulper and is connected to the bottom opening of the pulper through a chute. Heavy and light impurities are removed from the pulper by the action of the rotor and deposited in the waste well. The hydraulic grab bucket and elevator remove impurities from the waste.
