Paper Machine Air Bellow is a key pneumatic support, vibration isolation, deviation adjustment, and line pressure control component for paper machines. It uses rubber air bellow and compressed air as the core to replace traditional mechanical springs/hydraulic cylinders, achieving flexible support, precise pressure regulation, efficient vibration isolation, and stepless leveling.

Function of Paper Machine Air Bellow

• Flexible support and isolation: Absorb roller/frame vibration (isolation rate ≥ 95%), protect bearings and roller surfaces, and reduce noise.

• Precise deviation/leveling: By adjusting the height/angle of the rollers through air pressure, ensure that the roller gaps are parallel and the felt and wire is centered.

• Constant line pressure control: provides stable and uniform line pressure (0-500kN/m) for pressing, calendering, and doctor blade.

• Tension/correction execution: used for felt and wire tensioners, felt and wire corrector, and stretching roller drive.

Structure of Air Bellow

Main body: Multi layer rubber+nylon cord composite air bellow (single bag/double bag/triple bag), resistant to oil, moisture, and chemicals.

Flange: made of carbon steel/stainless steel, with air inlet nozzle and mounting hole, used for fixing and gas supply.

Attachment: Quick connector, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, limit block.

How to Choose Suitable Air Bellow

• Press and calendering → high load-bearing capacity, double/triple bag, large stroke.

• Felt and wire correction and tensioning → medium load-bearing, single/double bag, fast response.

• Double Blade → small load-bearing, single bag, precise pressure regulation.
