Soft calender machine consists of a cold hard cast iron calender roll that can be heated and temperature adjusted, and a soft calender roll that can be controlled to have a medium to high outer coating of elastic material. The surface of the hard hot calender roll is a special surface hard coating with a thickness of about 150μm and hardness of 1000HV. The surface hardness of the soft calender roll is generally 91SHD and the resistance is 105 ℃.
