The vacuum filter (desulfurization mesh) belt has the characteristics of stable operation, low wrinkling, high filtration accuracy, and good cake stripping. It is mainly used in conjunction with rubber belt vacuum filters, horizontal belt vacuum filters, rotary drum vacuum filters, and vertical filter presses.
Desulfurization mesh belt is suitable for solid-liquid separation industries such as wet desulfurization in power plants, dry discharge of mine tailings, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection.
(1) High temperature and corrosion resistance, stable performance in high temperature flue gas and corrosive environment, adaptable to a variety of complex working conditions.
(2) High strength material, strong tensile strength of mesh belt, not easy to deform, stable and reliable operation.
(3) Good filtration rate, ensuring effective separation of impurities in flue gas and liquid, high filtration efficiency.
