The dandy roll can significantly improve the uniformity of paper and improve the physical strength and double-sided difference of paper, thereby increasing the paper machine's copying rate and paper yield. It's suitable for making various printing papers, cultural papers, industrial papers, packaging papers, decorative base papers, and specialty papers using wood pulp and grass fibers.
◆ Watermark roller size: φ 1400 × 5000 × 5400 mm;
◆ Suitable for paper machine speed: 350-420 m/min;
◆ Transmission mode: AC motor variable frequency speed regulation and automatic tracking sub transmission (a separate sub transmission);
◆ The center distance of the watermark roller bearing is the same as the gauge of the paper machine's wire table.

The dany roll device consists of bearing frame, roll body, spray pipe, water receiving tank, connecting transmission cover, pressure regulating device, limit device, water receiving device, frame, compressed air system, high-pressure moveable spray pipe, transmission part, electric control box and other components.
The water receiving tank, steam spraying pipe, and high-pressure moveable water spraying pipe are installed inside the dandy roll body.
◆ Check and clean the dandy roll during downtime or forming fabric replacement;
◆ Regularly inspect and lubricate bearings, reducers, and other moving parts, paying attention to their operating sound and temperature rise, and develop maintenance plans based on wear and tear;
◆ Mesh tensioning and methods:
The mesh material is 316L stainless steel. Due to the difficulty in controlling the pre tension and uniformity of the mesh, the mesh will elongate after a period of use, and the longer the mesh width, the more likely it is to occur. The roller body has one side with a top mesh ring, and the surface mesh is only welded to the top mesh ring after the wheel width is expanded. By moving the top mesh ring outward, the surface mesh can be tensioned.
