The sludge dewatering belt has excellent water permeability, air permeability, acid and alkali resistance and long service life, making it widely used in sludge dewatering, juice squeezing, mining smelting and other filter pressing industries. Sun Hong adopts a special design to make it easy to peel off the mud and dirt from the sludge dewatering belt filter cake, which is convenient for cleaning.
The sludge dewatering belt has the characteristics of being breathable, permeable, and impermeable to materials (sludge), and resistant to strong acids and alkalis. The mesh design makes the filter cake easy to peel off and clean. Mainly used in conjunction with belt filter presses, rubber belt vacuum filters, and horizontal belt vacuum filters.
(1) Sun Hong adopts a "human" shape design, which is easy to clean and not easy to get mud and dirt.
(2) It is permeable to water and air but not to mud.
(3) It can be used with belt filter press and horizontal belt vacuum filter.
