The high vacuum suction box achieves a smooth transition from low vacuum dehydration to high vacuum rapid dehydration through the strong suction of the vacuum pump, thereby accelerating the drying process of the paper, improving the dehydration effect, and optimizing the forming quality of the paper. The panel is equipped with adjustment bars at both ends for flexible adjustment of the suction width of the paper sheet. At the same time, the lubrication device reduces the friction coefficient through water lubrication, thereby extending the service life of the forming fabric. The top cover of suction box adopts a reasonable sealing structure design, with high overall processing accuracy, smooth surface and high smoothness, ensuring its wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, thereby reducing the wear of paper sheets during the dehydration process, improving the quality of paper sheets and the operating efficiency of the paper machine. The vacuum degree in this area is controlled within the range of -25~-60 kPa, while the width of the ceramic foil is 15-25mm, allowing for flexible selection of one, two, or three chamber arrangements to meet different dehydration needs.
